Nord: le retour du festival des cerfs-volants à Grand-Fort-Philippe

Le festival des cerfs-volants a fait son retour le week-end dernier à Grand-Fort-Philippe. Un spectacle qui a rassemblé petits et grands. Au total, 65 cerf-volistes ont participé au festival.
